We want you to be happy with your order from Samaan Finds. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Most orders on samaanfinds.pk are paid for by Cash on Delivery, so no advance payment is taken. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery where possible. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, please do not accept it, or contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
To help us process your claim quickly, please share a photo or short unboxing video of the item and packaging when you contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized products (such as name mugs, custom stickers, and made-to-order items)
- Stickers, labels, or decals that have been applied or peeled
- Items marked as final sale or part of a clearance deal
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video of the item. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and arrange the next steps, which may include an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are sent via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the account you provide. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval. If you paid online, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost. If you are returning an item for another reason and your return is accepted, return shipping is your responsibility.
